In the beginning stages of our research we set out to see what kind of turmeric capsules and supplements where being offered. We then discovered that most all capsules had low bioavailability to none, loaded with fillers and ingredients that gave no health benefits to the end user. Those fillers and other constituents help to encapsulate turmeric supplements; basically to lubricate the machine and to prevent caking and clogging. These fillers could possibly create other health problems for the end user, such as silica (silica is a known carcinogen, lung irritant, and the essential nervous system toxin) and magnesium stearate (magnesium stearate is a compound formed from the incorporation of stearic acid with magnesium which is used in the lubrication in manufacturing to prevent ingredients from sticking during encapsulation).

So the research became a quest to develop a turmeric supplement that not only has the best bioavailability, but no additional fillers or ingredients that are used to encapsulate the supplement, therefore no harm to the end user.

Biomeric created a turmeric capsule supplement utilizing our own proprietary encapsulation process that needed no fillers to lubricate the machine. We developed our proprietary blend of ingredients that increased the bio-availability of curcumin in the body.  Our blend includes a proprietary strain of turmeric root, curcumin, plus we infused quercetin, (a plant flavonoid that inhibits the sulfotransferase enzyme that inactivates curcumin) and piperine which helps in the absorption of turmeric in body. Curcumin absorption is increased up to 2,000% or more with just a small amount of piperine.
