Piperine (Black Pepper) improves bioavailability of curcumin (Turmeric).

Quercetin is one of the most biologically active bioflavonoids.  It stabilizes the immune system, managing stress and inflammation.  Mixing quercetin with turmeric inhibits the sulfotransferase enzyme that inactivates curcumin, which slows down the metabolization rate of turmeric, creating a greater absorption.

Bromelain is a mixture of enzymes found in pineapples and can be used to treat a number of conditions.  It is also effective in reducing inflammation.
